RETURNS POLICY

-All orders will come with a returns slip with our return address on it, simply return your item to the address provided while also filling in your order information on the returns slip. You can print out a new return slip by clicking here

-Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

-Items must be unworn and unwashed.

-Shoes must be tried on indoors.

-Items must have all tags attached.

-Customers must cover the cost of return delivery

-Only the cost of the garment will be refunded. Customers are liable for postage costs

-You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way to us. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return. We recommend Royal mail recorded delivery 1st/2nd class

-We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy.

-If we are unable to refund your order as you have not met the terms of our policy then you will have to pay to have the item returned to you

 

FAULTY GOODS

-If the goods we have supplied are faulty, you may return them and receive a refund, provided you do so within a reasonable time of discovering the fault.

-Please note that we may not be required to provide a refund if you continue to use the goods after discovering the fault.

 

EXCHANGES

-We are only able to offer exchanges for different sizes/colour in the same style ordered. To exchange an item please follow the return policy and state what size/colour you would like to exchange for. If we do not have what you want in stock then you will receive a refund

-Only 1 exchange per customer is allowed, if you require more then you will need to pay for delivery
